Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, the website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.

 

  • RETURN POLICY

As our general policy, all our sales is final therefore no refunds, returns, or exchanges shall be provided.

However, when the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged/broken, the customer has to send photos or a video within 48 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival). 

In this case, we will provide a refund/replacement for the product. The refund/replacement will be made at our sole discretion.

The customer shall return the product within 5 days of order receipt by customers. We will ask the customer to send the product back to our office (the full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. 

In case, our customer support team accepts the return of your product. 

 

Eligibility for Return:

  • The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. 
  • All customers must contact www.neutralsportshub.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us. 
  • www.neutralsportshub.com will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to www.neutralsportshub.com.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

All refunds will be an issue as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.

 

Moreover, if we remove or suspend you for your breach of the website terms then you will not receive a refund for our service.
